Tower 104 responded to National Airport for a Technical Rescue. There was an employee stuck in a de-icing truck bucket after a hydraulic line ruptured. Tower 104, Lt G. Karl, FF S. Hughes, FF W. Farrell, assisted the employee out of the bucket and to the ground.
